Elysia Doody is a Functional Nutritionist & Exercise Coach specialising in female health and wellness as well as being the Founder of The Female Wellness Hub.
She spent a number of years working full time in the corporate game, juggling work and life and trying to manage stress levels only to end up with digestive and hormonal issues and no period for about 6 months.
